Yes! Iron Scoop is licensed through the State of Utah and the City of Hurricane, and we are fully bonded and insured for your protection.

Nope! You don’t need to be home — we just need access to your yard.

We currently serve:
Hurricane, Washington, La Verkin, and Toquerville, Leeds, Utah.
We’re expanding soon to include Virgin, Rockville, Springdale, and St. George.

Billing is automatic and simple. You’ll have a personal client portal where you can view invoices, manage services, and start or pause as needed.

We recommend weekly or biweekly cleanups for the best results.

We understand emergencies happen. If you communicate with us, we’re happy to work with you within reason.
However, all services are prepaid, and unpaid accounts without communication may be paused or removed from the schedule.

No! We work rain or shine. We’ll still service your yard unless conditions are unsafe.

Yes, you can skip a week if needed. Just let us know, and we’ll apply a credit to your account if applicable.

If your yard is larger than 0.25 acres, contact us for a custom quote.

We send reminder messages the day before service so you can unlock your gate or provide a code.
If we arrive and can’t access your yard, the visit will still be billed, as travel and scheduling time are already dedicated to your appointment.

We love dogs, but safety comes first. If your dog is nervous or reactive, please keep them inside or in a secure area during service to protect both your pup and our staff.

If your dog tends to bolt, please keep them safely inside during our visit. We’re careful to secure gates, but we always prioritize your pet’s safety.

If your dog injures or bites a staff member, you are responsible as the homeowner.
A claim will be filed with both our and your homeowner’s insurance. We require rabies vaccination records before your first service.
After a bite incident, we can continue service, but your dog must remain inside during visits.

Yes — all our cleaning and deodorizing products are non-toxic, pet-safe, and eco-friendly.
We do recommend waiting until the yard is dry before letting pets or kids play.

No! We never leave waste on-site. We haul everything away so your bins and home stay clean and fresh.

We do not operate on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
Otherwise, we service Monday through Friday and take weekends off.

  • We do not remove household garbage or deceased animals.

  • We do not enter homes for waste removal.

  • We cannot issue credits for factors beyond our control (e.g., locked gates, unsafe weather).

  • We do not guarantee a specific arrival time due to routing and traffic variability.
